Prior to your move-in, we conduct a comprehensive inspection of your apartment to ensure it meets our highest quality standards. This process includes completing any required maintenance, applying full paintwork, and performing a professional, top-to-bottom cleaning. Our goal is to provide a space that feels fresh, well cared for, and truly ready for you to call home on day one.

Yes, and after hours emergency maintenance.

You have two options:

· Place a ticket through your resident portal

· Send an email (unless it is urgent)

Maintenance issues are addressed with urgency and care by our on-site team. All service requests are expected to be responded to and resolved promptly. For standard maintenance needs, our goal is to have tickets completed within 48 hours. For urgent or emergency issues, we prioritize same-day resolution.

If a request requires vendor support or a specialty part to be ordered, our team will keep you informed with updates and expected timelines to ensure transparency throughout the process.

We’re committed to providing a well-maintained and comfortable home, and we aim to make the service process as seamless as possible.

You are not required to be present during maintenance unless you prefer to be. When submitting a service request, you’ll have the option to grant permission for entry so our team can complete the work in your absence.

That said, if a minor is present in the home, an adult must also be present during the appointment. Additionally, if there is a pet in the unit, we kindly ask that you confirm the animal is properly restrained to ensure the safety of both your pet and our team.

If you experience a lockout after office hours, please contact our after-hours emergency line to notify our team. A team member will assist you as soon as possible.

Please note that you will be required to present a government-issued photo ID to verify your identity before entry can be granted. A lockout fee will apply for this service.

Yes! You are welcome to decorate your apartment and make it feel like home. We encourage residents to personalize their space with items that can be easily removed at move-out.

To avoid any potential charges, we recommend using damage-free hanging methods and avoiding permanent alterations like painting, mounting heavy fixtures, or installing wallpaper unless approved in writing by management.
